• Lead end-to-end delivery of Planned, Reactive, and Corrective Maintenance across assets, enforcing SOPs and
optimizing AMC execution within budget to ensure profitability.
• Establishes clear project goals and performance metrics to mitigate potential challenges.
• Strategically develop and restructure PPM plans; manage contract lifecycle including takeover/handover, resource
planning, and subcontractor oversight.
• Managing multilingual and multinational FM teams & service providers.
• Create and manage annual OPEX & CAPEX budgets, monitor utilities and energy performance, and implement cost
saving initiatives including in-house team development to reduce subcontractor reliance.
• Ensure full compliance with local authority requirements; lead QCDD/Civil Defense inspections, documentation,
testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage CAFM system operations—track, close, and analyze all CRM work orders; maintain accurate records for
PPM, CM, incidents, AMC reports, and life safety logs.
• Support procurement, inventory, and supply chain control, ensuring availability of consumables and critical spares.
• Report project status, KPIs, SLAs, and security observations through structured weekly/monthly reports; escalate
risks or delays to senior management.
• Represent FM in client meetings and contribute to business development by supporting tendering and proposal
reviews, including technical evaluations (e.g., EV charging systems).
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to elevate service delivery,
client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Promote a customer-focused culture and strong stakeholder relationships to maintain a positive corporate image.
• Re-structure PPM plan for subcontractors if any.
• Identifies and assesses project risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Report project progress to senior management and escalate roadblocks.
• Identify, propose, develop and help to implement any necessary changed as to improve overall efficiency and
effectiveness of the maintenance process.
