-Determine the optimum number of manpower that is required to achieve the organization objective.
-Assure the availability of several sourcing channels and conduct comparison regarding the advantage and disadvantage of each source.
-Sourcing for suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels.
-Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
-Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
-Regular report clarifying where we stand regarding each position.
-Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
-Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
-Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
