• Prospect and qualify new customers and signing new contracts

• Enhance and achieve volume of lubes End Consumer Segment.

• Define, control and coordinate all activities within the LUBE activities.
• Achieve budgeted volumes and margins through the implementation of determined action plans.
• Prepare marketing plans for all specialties (lubricants).
• Manage customer complaints and incidents
• Responsible for the sales of 15 car service and filling stations
• Provide account management to an existing territory
• Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
• Implementing the company strategy across all the territory
• Motivating, monitoring, supervising and coaching the dealers
• Improve the product mix
• Discussing new projects with clients and clients' representatives to determine exactly their needs
• Researching the best possible internal team work, components, materials and options for designing and executing the product.
• Working with production team to create product prototype
• Making revisions, changes and modifications to the production or model based on clients' request and the testing of the prototype.
• Managing the overall accuracy and quality of the project and managing deadlines and timeframes
• Initiate and increase sales in foreign markets, accomplished by establishing and developing relationships with potential and current Distributors in various countries.
• Identify various markets opportunities for growth of existing or
launched products
• Follow up of customer requirements to ensure consistently high standard of customer satisfaction
• Participating in international fairs, prepare all the necessary
arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions.
• Preparing Export reports and analysis.
