Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include providing Pre-Sales technical support for sales and engineer staff. Duties include client facing interaction to scope and design project based engagements in the areas, Responsible for all Pre-sales activity evaluating client needs and developing a comprehensive solution including Dell product, actively assists sales team in developing an account plan to close business and drive revenue.
• Provides Market feedback to Sales and Product Managers on prices, competition, products, etc
• Communicates and updates prices, promotions and product specs to customers.
• Resolves sales and return cycles' problems
• Manages and maintains customer relationship.
• Solves and escalates customer problems
• Increases Aptec share of customer business
• Represents Aptec positively under all circumstances
