Standardization:
Ø Ensures that his/her site is on agreed equipment and midrange standards, identifies gap as well as plan to resolve it, and communicates plan to GEAO.
Ø Understands losses in his/her equipment area and is aware of performance results in other sites (benchmarking).
In-Plant Support:
Ø Trains and supports operators when it comes to complex trouble shooting and ensures that learnings are communicated back to the GEAOs.
Ø Ensures that successor is well trained and familiar with global systems when taking over responsibility.
Global Team Support:
Ø Supports GEAOs during audits in his/her plant and ensures that all required information is available.
Ø Ensures that information exchange between sites is happening and understands procedures in other sites.
Ø Understands OPT priorities, communicates them inside the plant, and actively supports resolution (priorities are reviewed in weekly Enterprise call).
Ø Owns input for his/her EA from his/her site to the global equipment platform team.
Ø Is the SPOC between his/her site and the global EA teams.
Ø Writes ‘problem report’ and ensures that all prerequisites are fulfilled before a CMP is created (UPS, EYY, etc.).
Ø Regularly participates in global EA calls, EA global meetings, and sub-teams if they exist.
Ø Regularly supplies site results to global EA tracking system.
Ø Supports the GEAOs and actively contributes to migrate from regional AM DB content to global AM DB content.
Ø Ensures appropriate translation of all documents that are changed through AM CMPs.
Process Engineer
- Fully responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account.
- Manage an average of 20 Special Markets customers.
