Responsible for recording all journal entries.
Produce error-free accounting reports on the current financial situation of the company's revenues and obligations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS.
Preparing Quarterly and Annual Financial statements (Statement of financial position, Profit & Loss statement & cash flow statement).
Recording monthly closing journal entries and completing posting process.
Create Dynamic and interactive Excel Dashboard for all company sales.
Responsible for following up Client's collections and issuance reports weekly and monthly about client’s balances.
Responsible for following up Supplier's balances reconciliations and review bills from Suppliers with the required quantities and price in accordance with the purchase order and settle their accounts.
Responsible for recording journal entries for purchases and suppliers.
Prepare provision for leave and provision for end of services schedules.
Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules.
Monitor daily cash and mange petty cash payments.
Responsible for issuing checks and work record of checks issued and received and preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
Preparing any excel reports required using Pivot tables and functions such as (If, Vlookup, Index…Etc.).
Review monthly payrolls.

- Prepare and input Journal Entries.
- Maintain petty cash, prepare cheques, prepare bank transfers and distribute salaries to the staff.
- Follow up bank transactions, adjusting statement and reconcile its balance.
- Reviewing attendance sheet including all allowances and deductions.
- Preparing and recording the annual leave for staff and yearly indemnity.
- Review and record the current, accrued and advance payments for expenses and revenues.
- Prepare necessary reports of expenses and forward to management.
- Invoicing customers and handle their statements of accounts with weekly follow up on email.
- Preparing due date sheet for tracking the pending payments from customers.
- Review supplier’s invoices with patch order.
