•Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
•Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
•Prepares monthly-consolidated financial statements.
•Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
•Assist Finance Manager with miscellaneous month end closing activities comply with financial reports deadlines.
•Interact with outside auditors in connections with preparation of annul audited financial statements.
•Examine financial records; collect information to prepare reports to help make decisions and recommendations.
•Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
•Managing the fixed asset procedure, policy & process; study revenue and expenses of the company so that they are appropriately recorded.
•Assist with preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets.
•Following daily/monthly revenue & expenses, Petty cash, Monthly bank transactions & settlements, Reconciles accounts payable & receivable, Review & approve monthly salaries "Payrolls"………etc
•Performs other duties of a similar nature and level.
