-Providing onsite drilling fluids service through intervening in the drilling operations, trouble shooting and problem solving for our customers.
Handling logistics of chemicals and mud in and out of the rig.
-Supervising rig team to mix required mud volume as per design of service
(DOS).
-Testing and treating mud daily to ensure mud parameters are within range
-Mastering Baroid wellsite software to ensure delivering functional and clear
mud report to our office and drilling supervisors.

o Working with SAUDI ARAMCO.
o Working with most of drilling fluids types including Oil based, water based, Salt polymer, Emulsion, Spud, LSND and wide range of mud weight.
o Reviewing the drilling program to prepare the drilling fluids mixing recipes.
o Following up with the rig crew to mix the required drilling fluid volume.
o Recommending the best practice for solid control equipment to ensure maximum solids removal.
o Requesting all the chemicals required for drilling the whole well sections including the completion process and taking into consideration the logistical issues to get the chemicals to the far areas.
o Managing chemicals’ inventory to ensure for items’ availability through daily inventory check and request required chemicals.
o Performing complete mud test twice daily to ensure that the drilling fluid parameters’ are within range.
o Reporting mud properties and any issues faced during drilling to SAUDI ARAMCO’s Forman, Mud specialist, Drilling engineer and my supervisor.
- Responsible for operation, sanitization and maintenance of the purified water station.
- Follow up daily lab analysis for water samples and take necessary actions to control any deviation to ensure the water quality acceptance.
- Responsible for the chemical treatment considering the boilers’ and chillers' water systems.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the water boilers.
- Responsible for the operation of the compressor.
- Responsible for all the engineering department documentation.
- Leading a team consisting of one engineer and 7 technicians
- Monitor the spare part warehouse stock and report with the missing and required spare parts.
- Organize the preventive maintenance plan and follow up its execution.
- Reporting to engineering manager.
- Responsible for distribution and storage of the stock.
- Responsible for the fleet and transportation planning and management.
- Negotiate with transportation providers to obtain best rates and service.
- Manage inventories and check for all products availability.
- Work back to back with the sales team to organize the available and ordered products in the warehouses.
