-Providing onsite drilling fluids service through intervening in the drilling operations, trouble shooting and problem solving for our customers.
Handling logistics of chemicals and mud in and out of the rig.
-Supervising rig team to mix required mud volume as per design of service
(DOS).

-Mastering Baroid wellsite software to ensure delivering functional and clear

o Working with most of drilling fluids types including Oil based, water based, Salt polymer, Emulsion, Spud, LSND and wide range of mud weight.
o Reviewing the drilling program to prepare the drilling fluids mixing recipes.
o Following up with the rig crew to mix the required drilling fluid volume.
o Recommending the best practice for solid control equipment to ensure maximum solids removal.
o Requesting all the chemicals required for drilling the whole well sections including the completion process and taking into consideration the logistical issues to get the chemicals to the far areas.
o Managing chemicals’ inventory to ensure for items’ availability through daily inventory check and request required chemicals.
o Performing complete mud test twice daily to ensure that the drilling fluid parameters’ are within range.
o Reporting mud properties and any issues faced during drilling to SAUDI ARAMCO’s Forman, Mud specialist, Drilling engineer and my supervisor.
