• Initiate, implement, and manage the maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.
• Review the operation of equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned down-time, anticipate; solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Managing all the operation of the fleet for all the company from transportation, license, maintenance & pool cars.
• Responsible for the procurement, management and maintenance of Etisalat fleet of approximately 450 vehicles.
• Coordinate and direct the operation of Etisalat fleet tracking and rental system including automated record-keeping and billing functions.
• Enforcing policies and procedures that ensure all applicable safety and health regulations are disseminated and enforced in building operation.
• Responsible for site maintenance like: HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarms, FFE, Building/Civil Works etc.
• Managed Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditures (OPEX) budgets.
• Developed, implemented, and managed systems, such as Preventative and Predictive.

• Provided site supervision and field engineering on a diverse range of commercial finishing’s and furnishing for:
o Etisalat Misr HQ’s with an area of 24000 m² with budget ranging from 100M to 200M L.E.
o Finalized the latest core site with an area of 1200 m² and a budget of 47M L.E.
o Etisalat Misr new HQ’s with an area of 63000 m² with budget ranging from 500M to 600M L.E.- in progress.
• Spearheaded completion of highly complex construction projects within aggressive timeframes, rapidly resolved inspection and contract administration issues, and maintained exceptional Quality and Safety standards.
• Finalizing eighteen core sites end to end all over Egypt along with twenty BSC shelters.
