• Manage Complex and diversified financial and accounting operations with number of finance individuals
• Establishing and executing internal controls over financial and operation aspects at all subsidiaries
• Financial reporting & analysis and providing financial perspective and opinion
• Oversees the monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external financial reporting requirements
• Assisting in risk assessment function, analyze efficiency and inform policy decisions made by executive management
• Initiate feasibility study at any potential investment
• Member if several executive committees such as, ERP, HR / job evaluation, Purchasing and IT steering committee
• Makes recommendations and initiates organizational changes to improve financial management processes including financial reporting, financial operations and the development and management of internal controls.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs at SPG and its subsidiaries
• Monitor the budget process, ensure the budget is in line with company’s objectives and it is synchronized with chart of account and corresponding cost centers
