• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all businesses and individuals in Dubai International.
• Promote and ensure outstanding customer service to all individuals passing through Dubai International Airport Terminals.
• Be proactive in all dealings with the airlines, strategic partners, stakeholders, and other businesses operation in the terminal facilities.
• Smile, greet, and address passengers by title.
• Answer passengers’ query politely and accurately.
• Seek assistance from JCR /Terminal Team leader / Duty officer when required.
Intercept passengers before passport control and ask for any LAGS items.
• Explain to the passengers the LAGS rules and regulations. (Liquids / Gels of more than 100ml are not allowed).
• Confiscate the forbidden items and place in the appropriate lags box.
• Guide the passenger to the duty free public shop to buy plastic bags to secure the permitted LAGS items if they need (only 1 bag 100ml per passenger each bag cost 50 fels).
• Ask the passengers to prepare their hand baggage /personal belongings for security screening after passport control.
• Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s production services.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
