• Monitor all sales integration entries and confirm that GL reports matching with POS reports
• Reviewing all bank deposits for collection and passing the required entries
• Preparing bank positions and reconciliations for K-net accounts and current accounts
• Maintaining reconciliations for local supplier and foreign supplier, and royalty transfer to franchises
• Preparing receivable reconciliations for delivery applications
• Manpower analysis for direct, indirect and operation staff
• Compound periodic allocation for direct and indirect staff cost
• Review all food cost and staff cost for F&B cost centers and passing the related allocation entries
• Preparing fixed asset entries, all rent entries for F&B outlets and margin analysis for all outlets
• Review all purchase prices, inventory and update the management for any price variance
• Preparing Support Yearend close process with independent auditor
• Daily review for voids. wastage, returns and complementary transactions
• Review, research and promptly solve problems with respect to established policies, billing, procedures, contractual agreements, and licensing practices
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
