Social Media Club (SMC) is a 501(c)6 non-profit and the world’s largest community of Social Media Professionals. Founded in 2006, to help individuals and organizations explore key issues facing our society as technologies transform the way we connect, communicate, collaborate and relate to each other. Social Media Club enables individuals to explore their personal and professional passions by helping you connect with a community of your peers based on both geography and areas of interest.
• To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone, email and on site if needed.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems (2nd level support).
• Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected (ITSM, cyclic reports).
• To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house (ITSD and third party providers such as Orange, Profix, etc …).
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults (2nd level support).;
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications (Data applications);
• Create and maintain knowledge base documents relevant to the in-house platform applications and known issues (Knowledge base).
• Prepare, deploy and follow special projects.
• Follow-up with software licensing attribution and changes.
• Reporting for meeting, projects, special projects and monthly incidents.
• Filed support (Tickets, issues, orders, etc …) and logistics (Desert pass, travel and accommodation follow-up).
• Coordinate with the other nods of the support group (Vienna, HU, Ro, etc…) to solve or deploy any solutions.
