Focus Area: Sales and After Service

▪ Review product price lists and generate quotations in
response to customer requirement.

▪ Coordinate and arrange with freight forwarders to attain
the best logistic support and timely delivery of orders to
clients from point of loading (POL) to point of destination.

events in order to stay up-to-date in global trends,
emerging technologies, new standards and economic polies

Nature of Business: Chemical Manufacturing - Provider of innovative and differentiated polyolefin solutions
Focus Area: Site Maintenance

 Check incoming work orders for completeness, and interact with operations and execution supervisor to assess the priority and job status in the field before finalizing plan.
 Check the requirements of work orders raised by operation or area maintenance and schedule them as per the resource availability.
 Determine requirements for resources such as manpower, skills, estimated man hours, required material list, tools and safety considerations in consultation with execution supervisor in order to plan the job.
 Coordinate with warehouse unit to ensure the availability of all materials (stock items and non-stock items) required including reserved/ ordered items by concerned Disciplines/Sections to execute the major overhaul as per defined timelines and standards.
 Coordinate with various sections of the Maintenance Department prepare plan/schedule and follow up the Preventive Maintenance for maintenance and modification activities to facilitate timely completion.
 Draft work permits of PM/CM jobs scheduled for execution with job safety analysis and risk assessment which shall be reviewed/assessed and approved by the area authority.
 Closely monitor HSE critical equipment systems (HSECES) ensuring preventive maintenance plans are scheduled and executed on a timely manner to ensure the safety and efficiency of the plant is maintained.
 Monitor daily job progress and issue reports whilst recommending plans for further improvement.
 Prepare and review backlog reports and take necessary action to achieve a minimum level of backlog.
 Maintain information on backlog jobs pending due to material unavailability, wait for engineering aspects / vendor and follows up with concerned departments.
 Attend daily operation meeting and planning meeting to review area wise safety observations, improvements and progress of priority maintenance corrective/ breakdown activities.

Nature of Business: Equipment Maintenance, Inspection & Repair Services for pumps, compressors, gear boxes, valves, and static equipment (i.e., heat exchangers, and fin fan coolers)
Focus Area: Assembly and Maintenance

 Reviews incoming maintenance work orders and coordinate with proponent to verify work scope and relevant requirements such as on-hand spare parts availability, manpower requirements, equipment transportation and mobility requirements, equipment/ component drawings availability, task responsibilities, available tools and equipment, work schedules and turn-around time.
 Ensure equipment repair procedure adheres to the company quality standards and/or OEM compliance.
 Prepares job plan for work orders received, including critical and shutdown activities.
 Attends operation and maintenance planning and coordination meetings for shutdown execution.
 Conducts daily site visits for inspection of work activities and updates daily work orders maintenance status and completion.
 Investigate failures and conduct Root-Cause-Analysis into all related incidents and assist proponent and maintenance team in troubleshooting problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve technical issues.
 Create maintenance service order and update work order technical completion (TECO), process shipping and receiving items, PR/PO request and invoicing.
 Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, workshops and monitor service jobs carried out by third parties on equipment, components, etc.
 Monitor inventory of fast-moving items/ spare parts and ensure minimum stock availability.
 Ensure all scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment, tools, instruments and utilities are carried out.

Safety Responsibilities:
 Support operations in implementing safe work practices during scheduled or unplanned T&I’s and shutdown maintenance activities.
 Report near miss incidents, minor/major injuries, unsafe conditions, and safety suggestions/initiatives.
 Review contractor job-specific safe work programs, procedures, and site safety performance to ensure compliance with the company standards and policies.

Nature of Business: Trading of Refined Petroleum Products and Lubricants
Focus Area: Inspection & Quality Assurance

 Responsible for reviewing the technical specification, quality and performance of produced petroleum products and lubricants.
 Collaborated with the sales team in resolving customers concerns and technical issues.
 Delivered technical presentations and workshops to customers on the products quality and benefits to their business/ operations.
 Increased customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits to customers (in industries such as Marine, Industrial Manufacturing, Transportation and Power Generation) and proactively supporting and responding to customer feedbacks relating to the quality and performance of the refined petroleum products and lubricants.

Nature of Business: Construction of EXXON PNG Liquefied Natural Gas Plant (Train 2)
Focus Area: Inspection & Quality Assurance

 Supervised a group of sub-contractors for the installations (including welding inspection) of pipelines of PNG LNG Plant Train 2.
 Perform quality inspection and acceptance of all piping and support installations in static equipment such as tanks, columns, drums, heat exchangers, etc. prior to turnover for proponent final inspection and acceptance.
 Collaborated with the main contractor for revisions of piping and support design and installation as per site condition.
 Attends weekly progress meeting with contractor to discuss work progress and completion.

Nature of Business: Rehabilitation and Operation of Floating Power Barge (Diesel Engine) and Auxiliary Equipment (Pumps, compressors, separators, gear boxes, valves, heat exchangers, etc.)
Focus Area: Operation and Maintenance

 Pioneered the full restoration and re-opening of a Floating Power Barge after its acquisition on May 2011. It has twelve Diesel Engine Powered Generators (Wartsila DE 6x12V32 and 6x18V32) and auxiliary equipment (such as boilers, oil separators, compressors, pumps, etc.).
 Responsible for on the ground monitoring, inspection and reporting of equipment performance or condition, parameter checks and deficiencies during operation.
 Assist control room operators for any ground execution or operation of equipment such the diesel generators, compressors, pumps, separators, service line valves, including refilling/ top-up of fuel tank, lube oil tanks, sweet water and raw water tanks.
 Liaise with maintenance team and provide support to ensure all maintenance work or activities are safely executed and performed. Designed and installed the sweet water piping system for the plant.
 Organized the quarterly emergency evacuation and fire drill to ensure workers readiness and response in the event of an emergency.
