• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure with project milestones.
• Successfully coordinating with multidisciplinary teams providing guidance to meet project objectives, throughout Project Lifecycle.
• Monitor and Control project progress and prepare reports on key Performance Metrics to project stakeholders.

• Develop operational planning strategies to define project objectives, establish timelines, and determine resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Inspecting and supervising the execution of Multi-Strand Post Tensioning slabs and beams according to tendon layouts and details.
• Monitor resource utilization metrics such as resource histograms and productivity rates to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource deployment.
• Implement proactive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive and efective risk response throughout the construction lifecycle.
