DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

•Maintenance of kiln, vertical roller mills, hydraulic & pneumatic circuits, all types of material handling equipments.
•Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing & maintaining machinery and equipments.
•Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery & equipment based on observation of machinery &apply knowledge from past experience.
•Responsible of preparation of purchase requisition, follow-up &finally checkup of equipments, spare & materials with materials dept.
•Perform daily corrective & planned maintenance repairs.
•Ensure that repairs & installation of new equipments complies with agency policy, safety procedures.
•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
•Utilized computer-based systems for inventory control & maintenance planning.
•Routine & breakdown maintenance activities execution for all static A& rotary equipments with coordination of planning, operation, inspection& other related depts.
•Coordinate with process developments & quality circles.
•Working as a Pulse jet Bag filter & Process bag house supervisor in UCIC plant also.

ACHIEVEMENTS

•4200TPD & 5000 TPD cement plant (TRCL-ARIYALUR) erection & commissioning activities in FLS kiln, LOESCHE & FLS make vertical roller mills & polysius make roller press & all types of material handling equipments.
•Different types of industrial fans erection, commissioning & maintenance activities.
•Commissioning of 5000 TPD new plant at (UCIC - Saudi Arabia) company also.
•Basic knowledge about conditioning monitoring & predictive maintenance of equipments.
•Trouble shooting & root cause analysis in all equipments.
•Knowledge & Experience about Kiln, Mills & All Material handling equipments & belt conveyors erection, project, operation & maintenance
