- Working independently in plant & handing my team for required preventive and breakdowns, trouble shooting.
- Planning and modifications for reducing Breakdowns.
- For proper documentations of maintenance related works and spares management.
- Making proper correspondence with tool room.
- Proper housekeeping of the area of working.
Nature of Work:
- Maintenance and trouble shooting of slide valve gate
- Maintenance of all types of mechanical parts
Responsibility:
- Planning and modifications for reducing Breakdowns
- For proper documentations of maintenance related works and spares management.
- Making proper correspondence with tool room.
- Proper housekeeping of the area of working.
- Working as a shift Engineer and handling the breakdowns of the machines.
- Preventive maintenance of the plant as per schedule
- Correspondence with the tool room
- Log book and other document updating as per instructions by seniors.
