2010 till 2023 I had worked in Muscat, Oman and 2023 till date I am working in Coimbatore. My roles and responsibilities are as below:
* Managed the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire models — spanning IT, Non-IT, Product, and KPO functions across multiple business verticals.
* Partnered with BU heads to translate manpower plans into hiring execution, maintaining a track record of on-time closures.
* Managed the full funnel -sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer rollout for junior to C-suite profiles.
* Beyond extensive pan-India and Oman recruitment experience, directed physical on-ground hiring drives across Malaysia, Philippines, and UAE — independently managing candidate pipelines, client stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end recruitment operations in each geography.

* Managed end-to-end placement activities for IT and Non-IT sectors, handling junior to senior-level mandates.
* Partnered with client organizations for requirement gathering, candidate evaluation, and placement closures across multiple industries.
