• Provide technical expertise to the users in solving day-to-day issues.
• Exposure to Data Model - Item, revision, Dataset & dataset versions, Forms, Folders
• Experience in basic TC operation - Data creation, Transfer ownership, Change Groups
• Running custom Data sync utility to synchronize the data at onsite and offshore
• Coordinate all IT initiatives with various department to ensure corporate efficacy regarding planning, purchasing, installation, and management of hardware and software
• Responsible for installing and supporting network hardware, software, and applications on PC Handle the tasks of providing technical support to resolve day-to-day network, computer, and peripheral equipment issues for production and test environments
• Monitor ticketing system for new tickets and work-items. Update existing tickets. Maintain hardware inventory control in ticketing system.
• Prepare and update necessary documentation and assist in developing and maintaining system documentation.
