I have 15 years of experience in IT, working in CSC, India as a Solution Architect.
I have design, system administration and implementation experience in,
VMWare, Exchange 2013, Lync 2013, SharePoint 2013, Windows Server 2012, various backup products, monitoring tools etc.
I am looking for a role (system administration, engineer, consultant or a technical architect) to explore my skills and experience and I can join in short notice If am offered.

To build Exchange 2007 Email infrastructure for migration of Barclays Wealth to Barclays Capital shared Email Systems, migrate mailboxes and public folders using Quest Migration Manager for Exchange. Build BlackBerry Enterprise Servers and migration of Blackberry accounts to the shared infrastructure using BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter tool.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inter-org migration of mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2007 shared Email Infrastructure.
• Migration of BlackBerry users to the shared infrastructure.
• To build IT infrastructure for Email messaging, archiving, journaling, BlackBerry messaging and backup of Exchange 2003/2007 Servers.
To deliver presales and deployment activities on Microsoft Active Directory upgrade, Exchange green field deployment and upgrade and OCS 2007 R2 deployments for our major customers.

Job Responsibilities: • Analyse IT requirements within companies and give independent and objective advice on the use of IT.
• Closely working together with the sales team on the qualification of prospects in the area of solution fit and service delivery expectations.
• Delivery of various pre-sales activities - including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings etc.

Job Responsibilities: • Standardizing and empowering Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 messaging environment with Backup and Recovery, Monitoring and Reporting, Antivirus and Antispam functionalities.
• Customizing the messaging architecture to meet client's requirement.
• Creating best practice for Microsoft messaging architecture.
• Creating best practice for Exchange 2007 and OCS 2007 backup and recovery.
• Creating best practice for designing AD sites to deploy Exchange 2007.
• High availability and disaster recovery solution for Exchange 2007.
• Researching the various new functionalities of Exchange 2007 in the development lab.
Job Responsibilities: • Install, configure, maintain and support Exchange 2003 servers' worldwide.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting Exchange server 2003 including mail backlog, message routing, Antigen related issues, Hardware issues (RAID, Array controllers, SAN, Tape library, RILO II) and OS related issues.
• Disaster Recovery for Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003 servers
• Monitoring of Exchange 2003 services, User mailboxes Related Activities, CPU & Memory and Event logs, Disk usage, Mail Queuing, post master account. Setting up threshold & alerts for logs and critical services.
• Install hot fixes, and service packs for Exchange, Windows, Antigen and HP data protector.
• Administration of Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servers.
• Windows and Exchange backup and restore administration.
• Transitioning mailboxes from distributed Exchange 2003 to centralized Exchange 2007 servers.
