•Ensuring a high quality customer service experience while adhering to the SLA and work progress, monitoring and maintaining TAT and quality scores of branch

•Handling Front desk customer queries and accepting documents for trade finance transactions such as Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Export & Import collection documents, Short term Loan against Invoice, Loan against Invoice, Loan against Trust receipt, Cheque discounting, Export financing.
•Managing and addressing emails of Internal Help Desk and Customer enquiries within minimum TAT.
•Preparing and presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process/productivity.
• Managing a wide array of operations viz current account servicing, Term Deposits, Fund transfer, RTGS, NEFT, DD/PO & cash management services.
• Handling key client customers trade service transactions such as Bank guarantee, Inland & import collection & LC payments.
• Scrutinizing the outward & Inward remittance documents under various purpose codes including Merchant Trade & High Seas Sale Transactions.
• Handling various SWIFT message types and addressing the queries vide MT199.
• Handling Project export documentations and reporting’s to RBI.
• Played a key role in migrating the customers to internet banking for trade and non-trade transactions.
• Conducting internal process audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines.
