Responsibilities:
Generating business on the west coast region of Saudi Arabia.
Providing technical support for customers.
Doing reverse engineering for mechanical seals.
Regular site visit of west coast region customers.
Achieving sales target on a monthly basis.

Yansab, SABIC Affiliates
SEC, SWCC Plants (West coast)
MSAR is basically a saudi company which they are the authorized distributors for some of the mechanical rotating equipment components across saudiarabia. I am into sales and I am responsible for the west coast region of saudi arabia ( from Rabigh to Haql ) for mechanical seals (Nippon Pillar), Inpro seals, Flexible couplings (Rexnord) and blowers (PD).
Pumps & Mechanical seals specialist with 10 years of experience.
Hands on experience with Pumps & Mechanical seals.
Onsite trouble shooting of Mechanical seals.
Understanding P&ID drawings.
Hands on experience in refurbishment and conversion jobs of Pumps & Mechanical Seals.
Providing selection of Seals for refinery applications, if necessary.
API flushing plans installation and condition monitoring.
Providing technical support to sales process.
Preparing seal failure analysis report for Pumps & Mechanical seals.
Possess a flair for drawing using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Inventor and Exceptional in creating GA drawings and detailing, identify core issues, investigate, creative thinker producing new ideas & using innovation to redefine a design and meet the time & budgetary constraints.
Expertise in planning & scheduling, as per the customer’s requirements.
Secured first class with distinction in bachelor of mechanical engineering.
Saudiarabia driving license holder valid till 15/12/2019.
Responsibilities:
Solving chronic related issues at site regarding Mechanical seals and Systems in the west coast region of Saudi Arabia.
Doing Root cause analysis of mechanical seals with my Applied Technical Solutions team.
Convincing customers for conversions and upgradations.
Preparing finding reports for pumps & seal repairs.
Evaluating and resolving failure and performance related issues.
Reconditioning and testing of seals from our clients.
Monitoring and ensuring the performance of the products.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customer.
Separately maintained datasheets for all the customers which are located in the west coast region of Saudi Arabia.
Periodically visiting customer sites.
Participating in customer/project reviews for technical clarification and supports.
Having Good knowledge in standards like API 610 & API 682 .
Maintaining a positive business relationship with the Sales engineer/regional Application engineer, to coordinate an effective results oriented team that increases sales and extend knowledge on the application of the products.
Reporting any problem or fault in the project to the project manager or supervisor.

MRO-Maintenance and Replacement Order

Major Customers: Reliance Industries Ltd, Essar Oil Ltd, IOCL.
Responsibilities:
Conversion of Seals for various projects.
Upgradation of existing seals.
Making project report and giving the same to sales department for review.
Preparation of general assembly drawings for different types of customers.
Selection of raw material and fitment checking.
Giving additional support for our clients.
OEM-Original Equipment Manufacturer
Major Customers: Flowserve pump division, Sulzer pumps, Kirloskar Ebara pumps ltd.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of general assembly drawings with the help of Autocad.
Direct interaction with branch sales and consultants to clear their technical queries.
Weekly meeting with OEM’s.
Maintaining records for each and every OEM’s. It includes Job entry date, first submission date, approval date, bom loading date and completion date.
Regular follow up with the customers and getting the status of the supplied mechanical seals.
Handling site related issues.
