day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of
any subcontractors
* Preparing the proposal documents and presentations

* Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support
* Creating the work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
* Maintaining a detailed documentation of all the site engineering activities
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the
high performance amongst the team members
* Developing project baselines and controlling them with respect to resource deployment, time over-runs and
quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution & delivery
* Collecting task from project manager and planning project directives carefully
* Ensuring effective preparation, planning and implementation according to the instruction provided
* Liaising with project manager to find out accomplished contractors and consultants
* Making sure effective maintenance of a detail database of vendors for project sources
* Liaising with all services and vendors, project kick start meeting arrangements, planning projects schedule,
deadline information and ensure that projects in time track within correct manner
* Coordinating meeting agendas and preparation of materials for project meetings
* Contributing towards the quality of work being performed for each project module and preparing project status
reports to project manager
