PM team is considered as backbone of plant operation and maintenance organization, which consist of planning and inspection sections. Team is composed of one planning coordinator, two planners, four inspectors and two lubrication technicians.

As PM manager, job responsibilities are to manage and guide the maintenance team for daily, weekly and annual planning in regards to maintenance activities as well as to ensure budget compliance (OPEX + CAPEX). Consider new techniques and technologies to optimize maintenance cost and improve the technical condition and functioning of the installed equipment.

• Coordinated annual shutdowns for clinker manufacturing areas, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Managed maintenance budgets, cost tracking, and inter-departmental scheduling to optimize resource use.
• Enhanced CMMS usage to improve cost control and maintenance KPI tracking.
• Supported procurement planning and spare parts forecasting in coordination with SCM teams.

• Oversaw planning of maintenance for the plant especially clinker manufacturing line, improving equipment uptime.
• Conducted workforce safety training programs (LOTOTO, Confined Space, Contractor Safety, etc.).
• Led RCA initiatives for recurring breakdowns, reducing unplanned downtime by 15%.

• Implemented CMMS system and uploaded complete asset database for maintenance tracking.
• Designed and installed alternative fuel enhancement systems, achieving TSR value increase to 6%.
• Directed installation of diesel firing equipment for multiple production lines.

• Led preventive maintenance schedules for critical production equipment.
• Directed plant upgradation project from 3300 T/Day to 4000 T/Day capacity.
• Coordinated spares management and vendor negotiations to ensure timely availability.
