Selecting the product and having expertise of complete motor and drives service offerings.
Ensuring complete and timely quotes. Preparing technical and commercial offers for standard products/ spares and discussing with customers to finalize the order.
Analyze the technical specifications, Tender documents/Bid documents & scope of supply for Motors & VFDs.
Ensuring that we have a professional template and implementing a consistent offering touch and feel to the customer motion service. Preparing spare part offers by using ABB tools/ factory support.
Co-ordinating with the service team for ensuring on time order booking, time sheet entry and revenues. Co-ordinating with service partners for training, price list, offers and orders.
Ensuring high amount of accuracy and speed are needed for on-time offering with zero errors.
Good to have experience in ABB tools - BOL, SAP, OMS, DIB, ServIS, MOR, Salesforce (SFDC), MotSize, ABB Energy Efficiency Appraisal, etc.
Estimate the LV Electrical panels like Main AC/DC Distribution Boards, VFD Panels, ATS Panels, Substations panels, Lighting Control Panels, Metering panels ...,
Preparing techno commercial offer as per technical requirement.
Follow-up with customer to getting the order and clarifying technical & commercial points.
Reviewing of new projects with customers to resolve any technical design issues in specifications & drawings.
Coordinating with customer to understand the drawings and specifications for designing of Single Line Diagram, Protection Schemes, General Arrangement, Foundation and Bill of Materials for Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear Panels.
Designing of LV breaker and relays control schematics, equipment control schematics, distribution scheme, circuit diagrams etc.
Coordinating with mechanical engineers for project related Mechanical design.
Issuing drawings (SLD, GA, Schemes, and BOM) for manufacturing.
Handling design reviews with Customer's engineers, priority to manufacturing and completing project contract on time.
Providing technical support to the Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Testing teams to complete the Project on time.
Coordinating with client/works/suppliers for effective execution in order to ensure timely delivery.
Reviewing technical proposals and resolving technical issues with customers/sales in order to prepare clear inputs for Engineering Activities.
Supervising & guiding associated Design Engineers/Draughtsman for their support in preparation of detailed engineering drawings.
Scrutinizing the design output and reviewing Engineering documentation and get the drawings approval from client.
Validating schematics of control & protection systems, VFD Panel & LV switchgear design.
Visiting the customers periodically along with Sales Team whenever required.
Resolving technical issues with client in order to minimize cost & improve profitability of order.
Placing necessary loading inputs for procurement as well as manufacturing.
Providing assistance and technical support to the tendering/estimation/sales, procurement, manufacturing and testing.
Following-up for delivery and arranging for inspection & obtaining dispatch clearance in order to ensure timely dispatch.
Processing & verification of as built drawings & archive final documentation for projects.
Commissioning of AC Drives.
• Electrical Panel board Designing As per customer requirement.
• Troubleshoot the problem occurring in drives and Electrical Panels.
Commissioning Activities:
•Textiles machines (carding, speed frame, Ring frame, open end spinning).
•Two compressor applications using one VFD.
•Multi Pump applications using one VFD and relay logic panel for CRI pumps and DHARINI pumps.
•Fan applications for textile and air conditioners.
•Brake control application in Cranes.
•Especially in Ring frame and Speed Frame using multi speed.
•Lathe and CNC machines Automation Using VFD.
