Responsibilities:
•Experienced in Operation and Maintenance of 600KW, 1.25 MW and 1.5 MW Wind Turbine Generators.
•Experienced in Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of Control & Relay Panel & Power Panel (33kv/415v) in Wind Turbine Power Plants.
•Reviewing, monitoring & Effective preventive maintenance of WTG’s for maximum utilization and ensuring maximum efficiency.
•Preparation of work schedule, weekly schedule and monthly schedule for preventive maintenance.
•Updating SAP, worked with SAP systems, creating material orders in SAP and Data Information system updating and future references.
•Identifying the areas of obstruction/breakdowns & take steps to rectify without affecting the real operation.
• Maintenance MIS, Log the Records of normal operations of plant as per ISO conditions.
•Implements safety procedures & ensures compliance with safety & environment Protection standards

•Various types of sensors associated with power generation and other applications. Calibration, Troubleshooting, Fault rectification of WTG’s.
•Knowledge of attending preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and other activities.
•Troubles Shooting for WTG are done with the help of SLD and the same shall be rectified in quick response.
• Analysis and identifying permanent solution and implement the same.
