Analyzing data, Providing customer service; serve as an available resource to managers. Assisting with special projects, Updating records in the CRM i.e. NetSuite. Updating records on Al Sharqi Go App and tracking vehicles on it. Learning and using Fleet Management service.
Create virtual desktop interface(VDI) for the user.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting user.
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Handling of documentation during freight processes
Coordinate customer enquiries, purchase and delivery with shipping line
Preparation and processing of Export Declaration, Job completion certificates, Delivery Orders, Invoices.
Manual filing & computer documentation of enquires as well as all job-related correspondence.
Deal with customer’s complaints professionally and with restraint.
Manage quality control by ensuring that all shipped orders are in working condition
I have knowledge of computer and languages like C,Java,HTML.
