(Millennium Lubricant Refinery LLC manufactures base oil from used oil and sells it under the brand names Stanley and Magnum. The plant has a capacity of producing 150 Metric Tons Per day with 60 staff and a Dirham 10 million Credit Facility) Finance and Accounting:
•Managing banking relations and communication for renewal and enhancement of credit facilities.
•Ensuring compliance with documentary requirements of banks in connection with the renewal of credit facilities.
•Monitoring and managing credit facilities like invoice financing, cheque discounting, trust receipts, letter of credit, and local bill discounting.
•Preparing documentation and ensuring timely clearance of import transactions i.e., duty payments, custom clearance, etc.
•Managing daily accounting functions and finalization monthly.
•Preparation of financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards.
•Liaise with external auditors for timely completion of audits and submission of their reports to the banks.
•Hands-on experience in the use of Tally accounting software. Management Information Systems:
•Preparation of monthly MIS reports including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
•Detailed reports on a review of profitability by product, by the customer, by region, etc.
•Review of the cost of production and process losses with suggestions for improvements.
•Detailed inventory analysis reports such as aging analysis, physical verification, and process loss adjustments.
