Prepare financial reports like profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow and other financial statements at fixed intervals.
Ensure financial results are presented accurately, timely and in line with corporate policies and statutory requirements
Finalization of accounts & Statutory Auditing
Finalization of Corporate Tax, Withholding tax
Liaison with banks and act as primary contact point of the company for banks
Establishing banking facilities for execution of new projects which includes negotiating terms and pricing, reviewing agreement and legal documents and providing the necessary security documents
Managing effectively the banking facilities
Managing financial resources efficiently
Managing treasury activities
Advice and ad-hoc support to other department managers on Finance and Accounting issues
Ensure smooth operations of the accounting processes like Account Payable, Account Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Finalization of Accounts etc.
Support and participate in all accounting activities during the monthly / quarterly close, including the preparation of account reconciliations.
Participate in the monthly/quarterly reporting process to HQ
Coordinating with the statutory auditors, internal auditors
Coordinating with the submission of statutory periodic returns
Liaising with banks
