• Handling Appeals cases of excessive billing, meter tampering,
Removal of Gas Meters/Connections, Low pressure of gas and
taking up the matter with the Company through analysis of
technical aspects and conclude the issues in the wake of natural
justice and in line with contractual obligations.
• Analysis on computations of billed volume, energy units and
amounts in excessive billing, Electronic volume corrector (EVC)
data, Flow proving reports, pressure decline etc.
• Examining the cases involve in meter tampering deliberately by
the consumers or/due to any other reason whatsoever might be
and analysis of companys developed claim whether the amount
has been produced under Contractual obligations..
• Preparing comprehensive decisions on complaints cases
regarding excessive billing, meter tampering, etc.

All responsibilities regarding operations of
• Diesel engines each having a capacity of 5.6 MW, with an
engine driven lube oil pump.
• Lube oil purifiers, lube oil coolers, lube oil main filters and
indication filters.
• Jacket water heaters and coolers.
• Cooling towers and fuel treatment house.
• Starting and Control Air compressors
