 Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and
o Monitoring performance.
 Develop and deliver a Procurement Strategy and supply schedule to vendors to achieve the targets of production with benefits and financial savings.
 Engage support and agreement for the achievement of monthly and annually targets of parts procurements from all key stakeholders with effective management from suppliers to sustain value throughout the life of the contract of purchase order.
 Ensure all parts and services purchased are according to our quality standers.
 Ensure that all parts procured are according the supply schedule issued by store department. And inventories in store are according to minimum and maximum inventory level.
 Total purchase of all the assets and general purchase for factory and for head office.
 Develop monthly and annually departmental payment of vendors keeping in view the production plan.
 Provide the complete support to company and vendors regarding their issues with finance and accounts departments.
 Develop the annual budgets of the department by focusing the cost effective management.
 Arrangements of CKD in shortage from the local sources.
 Searching of new vendors for our current local and CKD parts.
