• Coordinated 36 sites of varied sizes with each sub-contractor, internal finishes, verified shop drawings, prepared schedule, and monitored progress.
• Super headed procurement and engineering follow-ups with record keeping.
• Worked collaboratively with project manager and construction managers to fulfill day to day site requirements, conducted meetings and maintained documents/drawing logs.

High Speed Railway Station (Ministry of Interior Project) $800million Architect: Foster + Partners & Buro Happold (JV) - UK
• Successfully handed over internal finishing, architectural and interior synthesis having an underground mechanical + 4 Storey main station building. (461K Sq. M)
• Administered design and construction contracts of all trades with approvals, prepared and monitored estimated materials comparative sheets/logs for each trade.
• Prepared related reports through technical queries with consultants and subcontractors to clarify scope of each trade.
• Conducted meetings with sub-contractors to identify related applicable codes, standards, specifications, schedules, and contract legislations.

KAUST University, a LEED Platinum Project $3billion Architect: HOK (USA)
• Analyzed, verified and expedited design and construction activities of 2 buildings having 82, 000m2 and 26, 000m2 footprint respectively.
• Monitored and expedited shop drawings, construction activities, cost, and timeline analysis for all design trades
• Technical review of tenders/RFPs in accordance with design specifications
• Prepared, revised, and monitored estimation and schedules for each trade.
• Managed 18 sub-contractors/suppliers and 12 in house site supervisors and helpers for Installation, bar coding and RFI’s of furniture package worth $ 22 million.
