•Look for new Business Development Opportunities in UAE.
•To develop new markets internationally.
•To look and suggest new products to be added to current product range.
•Develop Strategy for the development of all the brands locally and internationally.
•Visiting International partners and helping them on sales and training strategies.
•Increase the customer base.
•Ensure all the accounts are producing to their maximum capacity.
•Service, train and develop existing corporate & travel trade account to ensure they are fully aware of our entire product range.
•Participate in developing a sales strategy to ensure market share & revenue targets are achieved.
•Identify and recommend new business opportunities where revenue can be maximized.
•Plan, assist & coordinate the implementation of various promotional activities.
•Deliver outstanding customer service to all our client & partners through professional approach.
•Regular update of Trade partners on fares & conditions.
•Forecast & manage the yield on all the routes out of DXB
•Using Revenue Management system, monitor emerging booking patterns & recommending adjustments to the initial loading levels so as to maximize revenue for each flight.
•Preparing budgets for projects/events
•Preparing formal contracts for events.
•Planning the project/event. (Visas, Air Travel, Hotel, Transportation, venue management and F& B)
•Coordinating with all the departments (internal / external) for the execution of the project/event.
•Getting barter deals from Hotel, Airlines, Car Rental Co. and F & B
•Coordinate with the sales team for the advertisements.
•Coordinate with accounts department and suppliers for the clearance of bills.
Responsibilities:
•To sell the agency services to corporate clients.
•To get Inbound and Outbound business.
•To interact with the existing clients.
•Achieve the set targets.
•Negotiating best rates with the hotels, transporters and other suppliers.
•Preparing quotes for the groups (Inbound / Outbound).
•Planning the whole operation for the group.
•Coordinating with all the departments for the required information.
•Hire Sub contractors for execution.
•Select Teams for the execution of the event based on the strength and weakness of individuals.
•Plan team rotation.
•Cost control to ensure event is well within budget.
•Feedback to management on the weak areas and suggestions to improve.
