• Responsibilities include preventive maintenance routine of Huawei Core Network equipment based on weekly and Monthly PMR's, Corrective maintenance routine (CMR) of core network equipment.
• 24x7 availability.
• Assisting Implementation/Integration teams for the core network elements, coordination in configuration and testing of core elements.
• Handling trouble tickets and resolve the escalated issues and provide feedback to the concerned departments.
• Coordinating with field staff to fix network faults.

• Operation and Maintenance of Huawei Soft Switch, Media Gateways and HLR
• Configuration of BSC.
• Configuration of BICC links with other R4 MSCs
• Performing Hardware and Service Acceptance tests for newly installed MSC and MGWs.
• Defining short codes and emergency services routing on MSCs.
• Performing pre and post testing after major upgrades of MSCs/MGWs/IGWBs.
• Hardware Load balancing/optimization
• Performing all types of subscribers related provisioning.
• IMSI uploading and Number pairings
• Generating weekly statics report for HLR, and taking subscribers dump.

• Responsible for installation, configuration and maintainance of Network Installations.
• Providing assistance and troubleshooting for network problems on daily basis.
• Routine maintainance, equipment health checks.
• Configurations of Cisco switches, VLANs, Documentation.
• Availability in odd hours for support for potential troubles.
• Design and Implementation of WLAN environment.
• Intrusion prevention in WLAN environment and consistent measures for Security.
• Monitoring of statistics using different software tools.
