Review and analyse the requirements of the project, discuss with other stake holders of the project and finalise the method of procurement.
Manage the process and programme of tendering, including pre-qualification of tenderers, preparation of tender documents, organising the tender queries through consultants, tender opening and monitoring the evaluation.
Review and analyse the Pre Tender Estimates prepared by consultants with reference to fair market price.
Manage and monitor the commercial negotiations with Tenderers and Value Engineering process on Tenders.
Review the standard contract conditions and particularise the same based on the scope of works and market conditions, attend seminars and workshops to enhance the knowledge and conduct the in-house training to staff members.
Review contractual letters on contentious issues prepared by PMT.
Review adjudication reports on Claims and provide comments to facilitate management decisions.
Prepare, monitor and update the master budget of project.
Manage the periodical cost and cash flow reporting, monitor the change control procedures, post contract cost control and final accounts closing out procedure.
Co-ordinate with Property and Engineering team for the feasibility of the Project in terms of structural stability and sustainability requirements, comparison in terms structural frame works materials, proper planning and others.
Manage in procuring Insurance policies required to be provided by the Employer
Prepare and process Restructuring Agreements for trade creditors.
Preparing and processing of monthly valuation.
Identifying contract variations and processing claims in accordance with FIDIC and CESMM3.
Price resources for material and subcontract works, appraisal of the received quotations, negotiate and finalise with in the allowed cost.
Subcontractor measurement and valuation.
Recording of all financial and contractual issues.
Process and agree final measurements with the consultant / client.
Preparation of internal reports for cost reconciliation (CCVR), forecast and cash flow statements.
Monitoring of site costs
BOQ preparation and Quantity take off.
Material and subcontractor price resourcing and comparison.
Cost analysis and estimating.
