• Sourced and finalized agreements with subcontractors for specialized works, ensuring alignment with
project timelines, specifications, and budget.
• Conducted market research to identify reliable suppliers for key materials ensuring competitive pricing.
• Managed the full procurement cycle using CRM systems, including purchase requisitions, quotation
comparisons, and purchase order issuance.
• Coordinated with project engineers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Negotiated pricing and payment terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.

• Prepared detailed cost estimations and conducted value engineering to ensure budget alignment.
• Managed the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and placed orders for key materials.
• Issued Requests for Quotation (RFQs), conducted commercial evaluations, and selected suppliers based on
price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversaw all purchasing activities, from sourcing to order follow-up and delivery verification.
