My role as a design developer included producing concept mass designs and 3D modelling for BIM using Revit software, on projects within the residential to commercial sector. Alongside this, I was responsible for preparing design reports, image rendering and design portfolios to pass for DC1 at the concept stage of production.
Ryder Architecture utilises Revit Architecture & BIM processes in its design and delivery on all the projects I worked on. Having close relationships with the BIM Academy set up through Ryder helped me develop my interest & knowledge on the processes involved through implementing BIM on live projects.
As an Architectural Technologist at Ryder, my role included detailed technical drawings using Revit Architecture, client meetings, liaising with sub-contractors / consultants and having significant project responsibility.
Cancer Research UK: 2009: Charity Worker: This was done as an involvement with charity for the company Home Fundraising UK. My attitude and work ethic before I started the job made me become a team leader after 3weeks, issuing me with responsibility of a small team to hit targets for the charity.
