Worked as Senior Project Engineer providing technical assistance and support related to Lower Level Environment issues in Corporate and Business services for a testing team. The role requires to involve in project requirements gathering, analysis of the gathered data and preparation of high level EDD for the LLE environments. To work on Low level Environment management project from offshore for our retail customer. The LLE management project aims to achieve production go-live release codes and next Generation of Enterprise Environments Management The other major responsibilities are handling the Incident management, Problem management, Change management and Configuration management issues in the LLE environment with the help of the customer defined tools.

Duties:

 Maintaining a central repository of test-environments in scope with their latest version and connectivity details (Information management)
 Allocation of test environments to teams as per requirement. (Demand management)
 Creation of new test environments as per requirement. (Supply management)
 Environment Monitoring (Monitoring)
 Weblogic application server 12c Administration, Tibco 5.8.0 Administration, Application Programming Interface tester, AppWatch message queue administration and logs analysis
 Build and Deployment in Jenkins 1.625.3, Data refresh
 Deleting/ updating outdated test-environments and its details (Housekeeping)
 Providing support for underlying infrastructure and associated components such as DB, Middleware, OS, Network and tools.
 Providing support for Environment booking, build, provisioning and readiness check activities.
 Implementing the process to be followed in enterprise environment for incident management, Problem management, Change management and configuration management with the help of defined tools.
 Providing technical support to the heterogeneous environment to resolve incidents adhering to SLA’s.
 Implementation of Wipro in-house process practices and tools to manage end to end environment.
 Implementing and maintaining single repository for all enterprise environment assets at client environment.
 Performing environment decommission and refresh activities on demand from client.
 Monitoring the unused assets and initiate plan for retirement.
Achievement :
Resolved 2800+ incident tickets in past 3yrs and leading Support Engineer as resolving most number of incidents in the project.
