Greet and assists clients and visitors.
Handles and receives all incoming documents and clients queries through telephone, email and in person.
Assists the lawyers in sending case updates to all clients. Handle files with confidentiality.
Handles all the meetings and appointments of the lawyers and Managing Director.

Take medical histories, observe and record symptoms, reactions and progress in the therapies of the clients. Responsible for all the record keeping of medical records with confidentiality. Inputs data on the database and the website.
Faxing/Scanning/Photocopying of documents. Establish a systematic filing and classification of the guest records.
Responsible in keeping the rooms clean and tidy.
Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints.
In-charge in the inventory of towels, linens, and other amenities.
Prepare all the amenities and toiletries needed before the guests arrive.
Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests.
