Welcome and acknowledge guest in a friendly manner. Serving them which includes escorting them to their tables, giving menus, taking orders with suggestive selling to increase company's profit, ensuring the time of food delivery and beverage, making follow-up visits to attend the needs and ensure satisfaction with their meals and service, clearing up their table at the same time asking for desserts or hot drinks, answering guest queries in a polite and helpful manner, giving checks and exact amount of change and thanking them for choosing the restaurant and inviting them to come again. Also preparing and setting standard table set-up for the next guest. Routinely clean floors, window glasses, chairs and side stations, throwing garbage bin, washing silver wares and dishes and keeping the assigned station clean and presentable.

Most of all, displays a good attitude towards fellow team members.
