- Receives order information via call and email from the customer and validates details (Address, ship method, part number, quantity, etc.) in system tools such as Oracle, Data Zen, and other support tools.
- Appropriate selection of shipping method in accordance with order priority following US and Canada timezones.
-Process orders in Oracle in a timely manner with 100% accuracy. -Monitoring dropship orders and coordinating with planners.
-End-to-end communication with customers and third-party service providers to ensure 100% fulfillment of orders.
-Strict monitoring of backorders by coordinating with planners and manufacturing plants to provide lead times to Engineers and customers.
- Booking of Orders for US and Canada customers based on weight, location, and urgency.
-Monitoring flights using Flight Aware Tools to manage each order boarded and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.
-Conduct Parts Research using Oracle Fusion Cloud and utilize online tools for technical support.
-Discuss with the customer the parts that are obsolete and superseded. Utilize CPQ as a quoting tool for all Spares Kit quote requests.
-Provide complete and precise formal parts quotation.
Raw materials and Packaging Processor
- Ensures timely preparation of Item Summary and Loading guide for efficient product shipping and distribution.
- Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) and DR Printing.
- Ensures all necessary documents are attached to Delivery Receipts (DR) before routing to avoid delays in delivery and collection.
- Facilitates a Schedule of Deliveries per route with the outbound team.
