• Responsible for creating member events and activities, and assists with information dissemination on F&B promotions which will contribute to the Club’s profitability, social and cultural events.
• Establish and maintain an effective events and activities program to uphold the good image and increase member usage of the Club.
• Coordinate and oversee all events and activities with all Department Heads and Management.
• Ensures Club events and activities are communicated through effective distribution channels via fax, email, monthly calendar, newsletter, posters, flyers and other collateral materials to members and Tower Club associates, including email and fax messages.
• Acts as the point person in the communicating and coordinating all club information (F&B promotions, member events and activities), ensuring maximum media mileage, press relation.
• Finalizes all copies of promotional materials. Establishes timely deadlines of said materials and liaises with printers, writers’ sponsors and other suppliers.
• Conversant with all Club facilities, programs and promotions. Acts as primary point of contact on all concerns pertaining to the membership.
• Assist with presentation of hotel information in the media, our brand website, on industry websites and directories and all other relevant online, social media and paper-based publications.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in all marketing or public relations focused projects.
• Manage creative support requests, ensure all pieces are developed in line with brand standards and delivered in accordance with deadlines.
• Assist the Marketing Manager evaluating the performance of our branded website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the resort on the web, with the aim to increase the number of bookings and overall production while keeping the website up to date.
• Monitor and assess the property’s reviews on online portals, ensure that official feedback
• Assist in evaluating the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors.
• Assist in the design and production of promotional materials including
brochures, enrolment forms, newsletters, posters and the website
• Management and development of Social Media sites - Facebook and Twitter
• Assist with the development of sales, customer service, and presentation
uniformity across the group in-line with brand
• Network with operators and agents
• Planning trade shows and blitz
• Proactively manage a strong online presence of the property based website on all major search engines
• Researching the web for opportunity to increase business in the ‘online world’
