Warehousing & General operations:
• Responsible for logistics in inbound, outbound and internal movement of goods and materials and configuring gate operations for warehouse.
• Responsible for supervising, coaching, and training warehouse workforce via meetings/workshops for continuous improvement of hub operations.
• Assisting to analyse consumer buying patterns such as seasonal variations, area-wise sales, and periodic assortment levels of FMCG using MS Power BI and SQL.
• Responsible for conducting survey and creating a database of expired and near expiry products.
Order management:
• Ensuring appropriate order flow with compliance to company policies,
• Coordinating with finance department to resolve order and invoice issues,
• Manage workflow of customer orders, deliveries, collections and invoicing,
• Finding quick resolution to customer inquiries for processing receipts and refunds.
Last Mile operations:
• Coordinating entire Order to Cash(O2C) cycles, supervising of daily performance metrics (KPIs), shipment dispatch, collections and deliveries(90% first delivery attempts along with handling of returns within SLA),
• Developing SOPs for procurement team and LMD (Last Mile Delivery) team and administering updates from delivery executives and fleet coordinators to execute and maintain supply - demand ratio,
• Computing and attempting to reduce transport costs as per mode of transport vehicle carrying capacity using transport network analysis,
• Providing hands-on support in field operations to implement changes in the logistics procedures including packaging, order processing, optimizing and coordinating procurement operations, transportation costs and overall efficiency.
Vendor development & management:
• Vendor alignment for easing procurement operation(s),
• Coordinating with procurement manager to develop plans to forecast sourcing & improve efficiency in operations,
• Assisting in vendor alignment and negotiating with them to adhere on agreed metrics and per unit costs.
Billing and receipts:
• Assisting in day-to-day functions of the billing department,
• Oversee and streamline billing process and collections from delivery executives,
• Monitoring account receivables and if necessary staff meeting for contouring and supervising billing procedures,
• Conducting personnel development programs along with warehouse manager and reporting them to operations lead.
Technical support:
• Coordinating with technical team to resolve technical issues faced by customers and updating in workflow tracker.
• Planning, coordinating and arranging for first & last mile deliveries. Directing all road transportation activities and monitoring transport costs,
• Supported in local business growth by establishing new and creative delivery solutions,
• Lead process improvements within warehouse, delivery teams and overall Order to Cash cycle.
• Kept expense management and customer experience at the forefront of decision making,
• Managed E-commerce order processing and inventory fulfilment,
• Ensured smooth running of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) operations through coordination with procurement and delivery teams.
• Lead meetings with the 3PL companies, E-commerce business partners and service providers to drive results.
• Supporting IT team by using feedback tracker system for system development as per client and business requirement.
• Analyzed deliveries data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Worked closely with data managers to report / implement changes on product category deployment as per location of Delivery Hub.
• Helped maintain product pricing and category data with max sale strategy by combining products into discount offers and schemes.
• Monitored and reported on competitive E-commerce activity, through charts and market survey.
• Collaborated with technical development team on application components and relevant solutions. Inputs on product runway solutions and development changes,
• Inputs to stakeholders on monthly sales using SQL and analyzing data using MS Power BI.

The basic study of the conning and control of ships and the field of navigation. Includes safe operations of the ship, maritime and environmental safety. In addition to theoretical studies, students gain practical experience in safety, personal survival, rescue and fire-fighting.
