∑ Manage recruitment of senior management personnel for Egypt operations
∑ Interact with Managers and HR Director to finalize staffing plan, review, and update job descriptions
∑ Coordinate and ensure compliance with Company’s recruitment policies and procedures
∑ Liaise with external recruitment agencies and service providers for all temporary and permanent staffing
needs, organize interviews with line managers, negotiate offers and obtain necessary approval
∑ Prepare weekly and monthly reports, arrange review meetings with HR team and functional heads
∑ Follow-up mobilization, demobilization, visa and residency procedures, in-country support and other
employee relations matters with Government Relations and Travel department
∑ Oversee the entire recruitment process end to end which includes on-boarding, carry out the
relevant checks etc
∑ Arrange orientation program for new employees, internal / external training for employees
∑ Coordinate with the Egypt office and Organize pre-boarding country briefing/ in country visit for the
candidate and family
