• Perform end-to-end account management for Sinnad’s Banks portfolio
• Actively liaise and engage with stakeholders into identifying project requirements
• Oversee the banks User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide the necessary support
• Coordinate with the banks towards testing their disaster recovery plans
• Handle chargebacks, reconciliations, fraud monitoring and ATM activity monitoring
• Coordinate project planning and execution with Sinnad’s clients
• Provide onsite/offsite training to Sinnad’s clients
Work as part of the regional operations team where I provide back-end operational support to American Express's client base in an effective and efficient manner and deliver within strict deadlines. My experience within AMEX is diversified and encompasses key aspects such as billing, dispute resolution, account maintenance, customer service and system training as well.
