• Perform end-to-end account management for Sinnad’s Banks portfolio
• Actively liaise and engage with stakeholders into identifying project requirements
• Oversee the banks User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide the necessary support

My experience within AMEX is diversified and encompasses key aspects such as billing, dispute resolution, account maintenance, customer service and system training as well.
