 Take minutes of meetings when required
 Assist in induction of new staff
 Provide staff with policies when required;
 Assist in uploading the timesheet for staff on monthly basis
 Remind staff of submission of appraisal form, timesheets, and follow up on
collecting form or data required for staff.
 File timesheets, leaves etc.
 Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of War Child in all areas
including HR Policy, Child Protection Policy, Safeguarding Policy;
