 Fill up the daily scheduled requirements of globally competitive and qualified specialists, technical & non-technical candidates in the fields of oil & gas (onshore & offshore), petrochemicals & multinational industrial sectors in Abu Dhabi.

Administrative and other activities
 Provide the highest level of support and information of the recruitment process to the Operation Director.
 Train and Monitor the competency of new team members working in the department, when advised from the Operations Director.
 Prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the management.
 Maintain an organized filing system related to each client and each project.
