1. Review, Inspection & Approval of Construction material used on Project as per Project Specification & standards
2. Interprets & Draft Specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedure according to practical condition of site
3. Coordinate with contractor and monitor their performance in view of project schedule also expedites the activities of the contractors
4. Coordinate with other departments, Engineers & Client in view of successful completion of project.
5. Review & Approve method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans.
6. Pro-actively assess progress, completion forecasts and provides solutions to mitigate schedule delays or optimize project completion.
7. Implementation & supervision of environmental management plans for ongoing construction activities.
8. Implementation of QA/QC & safety procedures as per project Specification & HSSE Regulations.
9. Provide Technical Inputs and Engineering solution to contractor & client, if required
10. Responsible for detailed supervision and inspection to ensure that the project is constructed as per approved plans and project specifications

1. Review Method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans and Execute site work accordingly
2. Determines construction method & technology, Supervise & Execute site work within budget & Time.
3. Manpower deployment, daily briefing and monitoring their productivity and managing the resources to meet the target.
4. Review & Technical Analysis of drawings and specification to execute work and to sort out any issues or technical problems by discussing with consultants and clients.
5. Responsible for approval of construction activity from client & consultant as per project specifications & Drawings
6. Researches, investigates and evaluates materials used on the project and getting their approval from client / consultant
7. Organize Interface meeting with other Engineers & department to resolve any discrepancy.
8. Coordinate with Main Contractor and Establishes Detailed Programs for the coordination of site activities
9. Ensures quality of work with Implementation of QA / QC procedures as per project Specification
10. Compliance of operations, procedures and standards of Environment & Safety regulations.

1. Drafts and interprets specifications, drawings, plans, construction method and procedures as per site requirement and practical conditions.
2. Researches, investigates and evaluates materials, processes or systems related to Civil Engineering works.
3. Review & Technical Analysis of the Civil Drawings and work accordingly.
4. Testing & inspection of Material as per project specifications and client requirement.
5. Prepare Construction method statement and submit to client / consultant for approval with quality and safety Procedures
6. Coordination & Organize meeting with other Engineers like MEP, Sub Contractors, client & consultants to complete Task.
7. Establishes detailed Programs for the coordination of site activities and monitor performance in view of project schedule.
8. Sets up work control systems to ensure that standards of performance, quality, cost and safety are met.
9. Organizes and directs site labors and the delivery of construction materials, plant and Equipment
10. Administers contracts & verifies and certifies satisfactory completion, including rectification/ completion of snag list.
