1. Business Development
*Preparing Business Cases to forecast the trend of subscribers base, revenue, variable & Fixed costs, Direct & indirect costs, Break Even Point and Margin of safety.
*Preparing concepts to offer better plans to customers to gain bigger market shares and finally bigger revenue with good bottom line.
*Monitoring actual revenue and comparing with the forecasted revenue
*Managing Churn through Loyalty and retention technics
*Insuring Return On Investment Through all the tools mentioned above
*Participating with Finance in discussing the Financial statements and achievements through used tools and technics by Marketing department.
2. Market Intelligence
*Observe competitors pricing strategies and managing internal products & packages pricings to be highly competitive in the market.
*Observe competitions through market research and analysis.
*Observe all internal and external issues and propose plans to increase ARPU or decrease churn and so on.
*Analysing subscriber’s behaviours through surveys and researches to understand the needs and wants of subscribers.
*Managing all Geo-Marketing tasks and make commercial recommendations either to penetrate or not penetrate a new Market.
working in Product & Service section/ Marketing Department. my main job is to evaluate the subsidy products and customize them according to Fanoos needs to enhance customer experience in a best way. furthermore, preparing Marketing requirement document regarding our services for the purpose of internal communication or communication with third party (which includes service & Product description, processes, Rules and scenarios...). and also designing high level processes internally for all Fanoos Departments. and detailed level process for commercial department inside Fanoos Telecom. involved in preparing concept papers and designing business cases.

My MBA program consisted 15 subjects which all are related to business administration including Financial management, Marketing, Economy, Strategic management..... My final project was about Innovation Performance in UTM.
